Spatz Sperling is the vintner and actively involved with the general management of the business. His wife, Vera, a housewife, is involved with architectural activities such as decor and layouts. Nora manages the marketing, sales and exports. Victor is the viticulturist, and also takes care of the general management of the farm.  Maria lives in Paris with her husband Guy and young son Renzo, and Nicholas and his husband, Jaap, reside in London.
