AUGUST 2008 by Nora and the team at Delheim

• GEWURZTRAMINER 2008 AND SAUVIGNON BLANC 2008 HAVE JUST BEEN RELEASED.
Both are now in screwcap. Limited releases.

• GRAND RESERVE 2005 AND VERA CRUZ SHIRAZ 2005 ARE ALSO NEWLY RELEASED.

• THE EDELSPATZ 2007 IS SOLD OUT. This vintage won the trophy for best dessert wine at the Decanter Awards and at The Trophy wine show in South Africa the Trophy for best dessert wine. 2008 vintage will be released next week.

Our policy to going to lighter weight bottles and less packaging will be affecting the packaging of the following wines: Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2007 will be in screwcap. The Chardonnay 2008 will be in screwcap. The Grand Reserve and Vera Cruz will no longer be packed in individual cartons unless specifically ordered for gifts. We are busy preparing information sheets on all products for packaging weights. This should be finished by the end of this month.

We are also busy updating our website with new information sheets all in pdf format. New on our website – space for you to add photographs should you have time to upload…

From 1 September we are also running our own farm guesthouse at Delvera – The Oakleaf Lodge. We will send you info as soon as possible.
